Step into one of our private, ADA-compliant Aromatherapy Steam Suites and experience a space intentionally designed for relaxation, recovery, and restoration. Each session is enhanced with a custom blend of essential oils selected to support your individual wellness goals—whether you’re looking to unwind, breathe easier, recharge, or simply slow down for a moment.

As warm steam fills the suite, the aromatherapy creates a calming, immersive experience that supports both physical and mental well-being. The combination of heat and essential oils may help promote relaxation, ease tension, support respiratory wellness, and encourage a deeper sense of balance.

Halotherapy (salt) Suites

Step into our private Salt Suites and experience a multi-sensory wellness experience designed to help you relax, recover, and recharge. From the soothing warmth of infrared heat to the calming aroma of essential oils and the benefits of salt-infused air, each session is designed to support both physical and mental well-being.

Halotherapy, also known as salt therapy, may help support respiratory wellness by promoting clearer breathing and helping to ease congestion associated with seasonal allergies, sinus irritation, and everyday respiratory discomfort. When combined with infrared heat, sessions may also help encourage circulation, muscle recovery, workout recovery, relaxation, and overall stress relief.

Many guests also enjoy the added wellness benefits of red light therapy and aromatherapy, which may help support skin health, relaxation, recovery, and a greater sense of balance. Together, these therapies create a restorative experience designed to help you decompress, recover, and leave feeling refreshed from the inside out.
