IV Hydration Therapy FAQs

  • We offer a variety of IV hydration and wellness drips designed to support hydration, energy, recovery, immunity, beauty, and overall well-being. Popular options include New Myers, Cold and Flu, Amplified Beauty, and more. During your appointment, our Registered Nurse can help you select the option that best aligns with your wellness goals.

  • IV Hydration Therapy is a wellness treatment that delivers fluids, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into the bloodstream through an intravenous (IV) line. Because nutrients bypass the digestive system, they can be absorbed more efficiently, helping to support hydration, recovery, energy, and overall wellness.

  • At The AromaRoom, we believe wellness is about helping the body reset, restore, and function at its best. Many guests enjoy pairing IV Hydration Therapy with their wellness sessions as part of a "detox and drip" approach—first creating space to relax, sweat, and reset, then replenishing the body with hydration and essential nutrients. Together, these services can help support recovery, energy, immunity, and overall well-being.

  • Getting started is simple. Before your first treatment, you'll complete a brief health questionnaire and participate in a virtual consultation with a licensed medical provider to determine whether IV therapy is appropriate for you (takes about 10 mins). Once approved, your treatment will be administered on-site by one of our Registered Nurses in the comfort of The AromaRoom.

  • For most healthy adults, IV Hydration Therapy is generally considered safe when administered by qualified medical professionals. All treatments are overseen by licensed medical providers and administered on-site by Registered Nurses. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please discuss them during your virtual consultation and with your healthcare provider.

  • Side effects are uncommon and are typically mild. The most common side effects include temporary discomfort, bruising, irritation, or swelling at the injection site. Some clients may experience a warm sensation or flushing during treatment. Your medical history and any concerns will be reviewed during your consultation prior to treatment.

  • Most IV treatments take approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on the selected drip and your individual needs.

  • IV Hydration Therapy can be beneficial whenever your body needs additional hydration and nutrient support. Guests often schedule treatments before or after travel, following intense workouts, after wellness sessions, during periods of stress, when recovering from illness, or anytime they want support for energy, recovery, immunity, or overall wellness.

  • Your experience begins with a quick check-in with our Registered Nurse. Once your IV is started, you'll relax in a comfortable setting while your drip is administered. Many guests use the time to read, listen to music, work remotely, or simply unwind. Most clients leave feeling refreshed, hydrated, and restored.
