  • A membership renews monthly, includes member-only pricing, and requires a 3-month commitment. It’s designed for ongoing wellness, recovery, and consistent use of our services.

    A package is a one-time purchase with no commitment. You simply use your passes whenever you’d like—perfect for gifts, occasional visits, or trying out services before committing to a membership.

  • Yes — you can upgrade at any time.
    If you decide you want more flexibility, more sessions, or the unlimited tier, your plan can be adjusted immediately. Downgrades or cancellations simply follow the standard 3-month commitment period.

  • Memberships include a 3-month minimum commitment.
    After your initial three months, you can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation feesbeyond that initial commitment.

  • Yes. Memberships require a 3-month commitment. If you choose to cancel before the 3-month period is complete, an early cancellation fee equal to 50% of your remaining membership balance will apply.

  • No — you can book any service à la carte.
    Memberships and packages simply offer added value and savings, but they’re not required to enjoy The AromaRoom. You’re welcome to schedule individual services anytime.

  • Packages can be purchased online, and you’ll book your services just like a regular appointment.

    Memberships, however, must be set up in-spa or over the phone so we can walk you through the options, answer questions, and make sure you’re choosing the plan that best fits your wellness goals.
