A package is a one-time purchase with no commitment. You simply use your passes whenever you’d like—perfect for gifts, occasional visits, or trying out services before committing to a membership.

If you decide you want more flexibility, more sessions, or the unlimited tier, your plan can be adjusted immediately. Downgrades or cancellations simply follow the standard 3-month commitment period. -
Memberships include a 3-month minimum commitment.
After your initial three months, you can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation feesbeyond that initial commitment. -
Yes. Memberships require a 3-month commitment. If you choose to cancel before the 3-month period is complete, an early cancellation fee equal to 50% of your remaining membership balance will apply.

Memberships and packages simply offer added value and savings, but they’re not required to enjoy The AromaRoom. You’re welcome to schedule individual services anytime. -
Packages can be purchased online, and you’ll book your services just like a regular appointment.
Memberships, however, must be set up in-spa or over the phone so we can walk you through the options, answer questions, and make sure you’re choosing the plan that best fits your wellness goals.
